We didn’t hire a car for this stay as we were only there for 10 nights. The hotel provided shuttle service was brilliant, and lyfts to Disney parks there and back were cheaper than paying for parking at Disney! Lyft to idrive ranged from $5-$7. So a great location to get everywhere.
Hotel restaurants and bar were great, and the on site Starbucks for a morning coffee was ideal.
Pool areas are brilliant, with lovely service staff.
My only negative for the whole stay would be the New Years Eve buffet. There was some lovely food, but all the hot food we had was stone cold! Great tasting beef and mash and asparagus, but all cold. That was a disappointment.
We all said we would happily return to Rosen Shingle Creek.

Rooms very expensive and no wifi in the room. If wifi is available, it is very slow and unusable.
Florida adds high taxes on room rates.
The conference meeting rooms were cold.
If you decide to rent a car, be prepared to pay $40.00/night just to park in the facility.

One of our favorite parts of the stay was breakfast each morning at Cafe Osceola. The breakfast buffet was fantastic, with an incredible variety of options. The service was exceptional, and the staff was warm, friendly, and very attentive. In particular, John Paul and Daniel, Soloman, were all outstanding. They made us feel so welcome and went out of their way to ensure we had everything we needed.

Parking is terrible -
We had a very long walk - yes they have a golf cart however hard to get one - yes only one running - and they do have valet experience. Hotel rooms on the older side. Check in was very easy and simple. I would recommend it was nice and close to everything.
