We stayed here for a volleyball tournament over MLK weekend. Our room was spacious and clean. We lucked out and got a corner room on the 9th floor. Lots of windows and lots of room! The person at the front desk, Brandon, was very friendly and helpful. He even got ice for me, when my card wasn't working to get ice on the 8th floor. I broke my reading glasses and the valet went to our car and got them. Service was above and beyond. My one complaint, which is more of an annoyance, was the thermostat. We would turn up the temperature and about a half hour later it would feel cold again. We figured out the thermostat goes to "eco mode" which was quite irritating as it never really got warm in the room, especially when we came back from the tournament or woke up in the morning. Obviously not a deal breaker, but I would've like to have the room temp where we were comfortable. Read less

What I liked most was that my room was super quiet, the hotel itself seems well built and maintained, and the indoor lap pool and sauna was a great way to start the working day. Great staff, great location. No room service on Sunday and Monday evenings and limited breakfast options but they didn’t bother me. Would stay again when next in Seattle

The whole experience was just so wonderful! When we got to the hotel room, there was a pack-and-play for our 6-month-old already set up with a nice towel and shampoo and soap for the baby. The gym is great! There is really good yoga there at least twice a week and lots of great equipment (standard stuff you'd find in a YMCA), as well as water and things to wipe the equipment with. We really enjoyed the pool and large hot tub too, as well as the steam room and sauna in the locker rooms. The internet worked well. The bed was really comfortable and it was nice to be able to get a change of sheets each night because the baby would make a mess on it during the day. The bathroom was very comfortable as well, equipped with a nicely pressured shower, bottles of liquid soap, shampoo and conditioner inside the shower; a hair dryer, lots of towels, and more. They gave us until 1 PM to check out, which was really nice given that our baby was kind of fussy and we had trouble getting out on time. We actually decided to stay a few hours longer after checkout because our plane was leaving late at night, and we were allowed to use the pool area until 4 PM. There was a good-sized fridge in the room as well. The only thing that would have made this just absolutely perfect would be to have a microwave in the room, but there was one downstairs, along with a clean-water dispensing machine that had three temperatures (cold, ambient, hot). It was the best hotel I've ever stayed at in the USA. Everything looked so elegant, the personnel were kind, and the quality of the service in general was excellent. The quality of the bedroom was great as well: heartwarming and with a nice view.
