Poor food and service. Will not return. Waste of our hard earned money. We don't believe the Americans were on the same Tariff as us or they would be fuming. If the cleanliness was to be across the board, then the seaweed would be removed more often.

A good resort but not quite the five star luxury experience advertised. We loved the location, nicely placed for Bridgetown and other bits. The staff are amazing - friendly, helpful and great fun. The food is pretty good, although Brisa was average - not really tapas, just smaller versions of standard dishes. Bluefin very good, breakfasts at Elements good too. So, overall good but not really top notch. Drinks were excellent with proper brands, rather than budget spirits etc. Rooms are also good and housekeeping spot on. Air conditioning was good but unadjustable in our suite which was rather cold. May be user error….. It sort of lets itself down with a few shabby, broken and worn out bits here and there. One of the lifts sounded and felt as if it would break at any moment, the floor was cracked and lifting and the Otis sign had fallen out….The beach beds were rather old and scruffy, with lots of broken parasols - again, fine but not five star. Slightly struggles between being a family resort and an adults only resort. Not much room for kids/teens to splash about in the pools, make a racket etc. The outside space around the pools is quite limited, with beds up against the key pathways/thoroughfares. Overall, a good but not quite great, hotel. Read less

Lovely hotel with a very personal feel and the staff and customer service second to none. Great food and superb choice of restaurants and different meal options. Oro is a beautiful restaurant with top quality food, included in AI with no supplement with things like filet mignon and lobster on the menu. The "lime" on a wednesday is a nice touch and drinks and popcorn a particular hit! Anyone we spoke to couldn't do enough to help and the ambassadors who are assigned are so pleasant and attentive and helped with booking excursions and dinners and taxis. Oistins fish fry on Friday is a must and Tiami catamaran was amazing day out. The room was very good and spacious and cleaned every day and was well equipped if you wanted to cook anything and also had a washer and dryer which was really handy. We had a wonderful trip and would highly recommend Read less

Great value for a quick trip. Staff were friendly and helpful. Suite was nice and comfy. Only issue is the windows in the bedroom were poorly insulated so even closed, air and nose were still coming into the room. Great location and walkable.

We loved our stay at O2. The staff were abundant, pleasant and helpful. The service was very consistent. The rooms were spacious. The food exceeded our expectations at all meals, from beachside snacks to fine dining at Ora. High quality alcohol options, including a fully stocked in-room fridge. Multiple pools and chair deck options from beachside to rooftop. The resort has its own beach and is walking distance to two other public beaches. The south shore was windy during our stay but we had a blast playing in the waves. Conveniently located too relative to airport, Bridgetown and Ostins. We will be back! Read less
