Enjoyed the stay. Butlers Jerome and Sherry Ann were very pleasant and helpful. Overall staff were pleasant. Garfield at Bombay restaurant was always laughing and joking. Had great discussions with manager Andres. A short stay of 5 nights but very relaxing. Be right back 2026

This is my third trip to this resort in a year. If you have a chance to book a butler room it is highly recommended. The entire butler staff is well trained so you can’t go wrong. If you get the chance request Keno and Twain, they will ensure your stay is everything you hope for on a destination vacation. All staff go above and beyond to create the ultimate resort vacation. Be sure to order in room breakfast with Kimoy to start your day out right. Look for Morris the bartender at the main bar for your night cap, our current favorite is a chocolate martini. Take the shuttle over to their sister resort for sushi or the Italian. Time your Italian dinner before 6 to walk right in and enjoy the sunset views. Read less

Customs there was pretty fast. There was a long line to check in outside for Sandals. No lounge. It took 45 minutes to shuttle to the resort. We didn’t do any excursions all week but I heard the turtle one was awesome! Just ate and drank. It sprinkled a few times but that was later during our trip. Not a huge resort. They have bikes to get around. Our room was centrally located near the lobby. We were on the 4th floor of the Clarissa building with straight on views of the ocean. Walk in shower. Very nice! The main pool is amazing. Double infinity. Had to get up at 6 am to get prime chair locations. Pool water was cool but it took only 30 seconds to get used to. There is a beach out front but you really can’t get into the water because its so rocky. You can go further down the way where is a small beach. You can get into the water there. You can kayak and paddleboard as well. The restaurants are very conveniently located. Butch’s was our favorite. Steak and Lobster! Usually we went to Gatsu Gatsu for a pre dinner sushi appetizer. We went to Peitra’s twice. Great Italian food with a big Anti-pasto bar! Peitra’s was also the buffet for breakfast and lunch. You also can get pizza there. Takes at least 30 minutes to get the pizza. Enjoyed the Strand for lunch and dinner. We were kinda disappointed with Vincent. Got coffee and snacks and late night desserts at Kanaal. Do Aolos for sit down breakfast. Amazing ocean views! One day we did the food trucks for lunch. Great variety of food options. I want to do some shoutouts: Jeffrey Speelman (GM) and Ravin Singh (hotel mgr); Francisco (bar mgr); Jojo (loyalty office); Adrian (older pool attendant – helped set chairs); O’Shane (cabana butler); Leon, Pencil (playmakers); JoAngela at Kanaal (ice cream and desserts); Urvin (maintenance – helped fix my friends glasses; Karly (pool side bar service) Overall we had a great time. The staff is very accommodating. So much to do at the resort. One of my favorites. Read less

Another wonderful stay, although a big hotel you are always able to find a quiet corner to chill & relax in.The accommodation meets all your needs. The rooms are kept spotless by the amazing housekeeping staff. The food is amazing and a wonderful choice of restaurants which also include those at the Sandals Montego Bay which is definitely worth a visit. A visit to the spa is a must, for those who have mobility issues the spa is upstairs and no lift. Having said that spa staff can make arrangements for treatments to be done in your room or alternative location so you don’t have to miss out on a wonderful experience. All the staff give you amazing service, they are very friendly & helpful but a big thank you to Jessica & Robert from the French Restaurant for making our evenings with them just wonderful. The two people who really make our stay extra special are our butlers Sheldon & Andre, whatever our requirements these guys make it happen. We are already planning our next trip. Overall our trip was amazing! We hadn't been away together as a couple in a long time and this was a great way to kick off our retirement. We had a butler suite right on the beach and our butler Jerome was fantastic!!! The grounds are spectacular and our room was perfect. The food (other than the Pub) was good, but would have like to see the quality at the level of the dinner we had on our candlelight dinner. We filled out a butler preference sheet but none of it was included in our room other than the beverages. Our other butler stated what we had requested needed to be purchased in the resort store which was a disappointment. She also didn't respond to a request for yogurt and missed a requested lunch. They did make it up with a drawn bath when we got back from Dunn's Falls. There was a slight billing issues with credits secured via our travel agent, which eventually got straightened out, but it did require a few follow ups while at the resort. Also, part of the butler service was a private luxury transport to and from the airport, but we had to push for it as evidently (according to our driver) Sandals is eliminating this from the butler services (even though it was in the literature when we booked). Again, overall a wonderful trip and we would go back again. Read less
