On a lagoon near the fishing village of Trou d’Eau Douce, opposite beautiful Ile aux Cerfs, with a free shuttle running to the island for swimming and sunbathing. It is also 15 minutes’ drive from Belle Mare, and an hour’s drive from the capital, Port Louis. Transfer time from Mauritius International Airport: Approximately 1 hour 15 minutes (Please note that if taking a seat in coach this may be longer depending on how many hotel stops are en route).

The food is carefully prepared and presented, and the buffet differs every day, making a good blend between local Mauritian dishes as well as more international cuisine.
At noon there’s as well a Mauritian food truck with local streetfood to taste the local culture.

We had booked this hotel in particular, looking into how they're well aware about nature preservation and trying to minimise plastic usage and the whole facility. We were welcomed with such a warm and big heart with lovely drinks on offer, and the staff was so friendly that we never felt we were on a vacation. Considering we were vegetarians, they're very considerable to us by curating special menu for us and followed by daily evening music and dance activities and have got a lovely spa on offer. The rooms were immaculate and very much reminded me of Greece. We were Honeymoon couple and we were provided with lots of freebies and a special candlelight dinner by the beachside. I would highly recommend them for your next stay and the property is just located on the waterside so there's always calm and serene environment.
