Villa Nautica, Paradise Island offers over 200 villas suites, all with air-conditioning, in-room safe, complimentary WiFi access, complimentary beach towels, satellite TV, tea/coffee-making facilities, mini-bar* and twice daily housekeeping. 

Beach Villas feature an outdoor shower, and 1 king-size bed, sleeping maximum 2 adults and 1 child.

Half Board: daily breakfast and either lunch or dinner at Bageecha or *The Lagoon.

*When staying in a Water Villa.

All-Inclusive: includes breakfast lunch and dinner at Bageecha or The Lagoon, as well as one à la carte meal per person, per stay, when staying a minimum of five nights. All-day soft drinks, mineral water, select specialty drinks such as milkshakes, open bar service including a selection of red, white and sparkling wine by the glass, beer, choice of international branded spirits and a selection of cocktails and mocktails, from 10:00am until 01:00am. Beverages at à la carte are not part of the All-Inclusive plan. Drinks will however, be served from an All-Inclusive menu at these outlets. All-Inclusive guests will receive a 15% discount at à la carte restaurants. Mini-bar with two beers, two soft drinks, two juices, two wines and two assorted snack items (replenished once per day). Snorkelling equipment, all land sports and one sunset fishing excursion per person, per stay when staying a minimum of 6 nights. 10% discount on selected dive rates and 15% off spa treatments. Canoeing and windsurfing available for 1-hour per day, subject to availability and prior booking.

Room upgrades

Two-Bedroom Family Beach Villa is larger in size than the Deluxe Beach Villa with the addition of a separated living area. Sleeps maximum 4 adults and 2 children.

Water Villa's are perched above the lagoon on stilts, with steps leading straight into the ocean. The Water Villa also provides a private sundeck for you relax and take in the sounds of the sea. Sleeps maximum 2 adults.

Deluxe Beach Pool Villas offer stunning ocean views from the private plunge pool. This room type also offers direct beach access. Sleeps maximum 2 adults and 1 child.

Sunset Beach Pool Villa offer the same amenities as the Deluxe Beach Pool Villa, but with the addition of a private beach cabana. Sleeps maximum 2 adults and 1 child.

Sunset Deluxe Beach Pool Villa feature indoor and outdoor seating areas, private pool with sun terrace and direct access to the beach. Sleeps maximum 2 adults and 1 child.

Water Villas with Whirlpool offers the same great amenities as the Water Villa, with the addition of a private whirlpool on the villa's sundeck. Sleeps maximum 2 adults.

Ocean Beach Pool Villas offer peace and tranquillity in one of the most undisturbed areas of the resort. With it's very own private pool and sundeck, this is the choice place to unwind. Sleeps maximum 2 adults and 1 child.

One-Bedroom Ocean Suites with Pool offer generous living space and a plunge pool on the private sundeck. Complimented by direct step access to the ocean, this suite is positioned for astonishing sunrise views. Sleeps maximum 2 adults.

Two-Bedroom Ocean Suites with Pool provides a similar layout to the one-bedroom alternative, with an additional bedroom and a sweeping plunge pool across the private sundeck. Sleeps maximum 4 adults.

Two-Bedroom Beach Villas with Two Pools are also available, sleeps maximum 4 adults and 2 children.

Bageecha (locally sourced dining, open all day). The Lagoon (overwater dining, serving Maldivian cuisine for those staying in a Water Villa). Ristorante al Tramonto (authentic Italian dining, served in an open air terrace). Fukuya Teppanyaki (incredible Japanese dining, serving sushi and tempura). Farumathi (offering divine seafood options and lunch and dinner). Dhaavani Coffee Shop (open all hours, caffeine outlet). Captain's Bar/Hulhangu Bar (coffee or cocktails, this is a great seaside hangout). Beach Bar (beach Bar serving ice-cold beverages).

We enjoyed a dream vacation on Villa Nautica Paradise Island. We had two different Sunset Beach Pool Villas with direct access to the beach. Both were different and functionally furnished, but still beautiful. The complex is partly getting on in years and needs renovation or refreshing. The entire resort as well as the beaches are very well maintained and kept clean daily. The food on offer is very tasty and varied, with the main focus on Indian cuisine. The athmosphere in the hotel is very pleasant, which is mainly due to the very friendly, helpful and upbeat staff. From the cleaning staff, the waiters in the service, the people at the buffet contributed to an unforgettable vacation. We would like to highlight a few members of staff in particular: First of all, our guest host Ajlan. He looked after us very professionally from the beginning until our departure and took care of our concerns. His charming, unobtrusive, friendly and gentle manner really appealed to us and we felt we were in very good hands. We would like to take this opportunity to thank him once again for his commitment. Ajlan, it was an honor for us that you got up for our very early departure and saw us off personally. What a great service! The two ladies at the restaurant reception, Geethika and Manikala were like sunshine to us and helped to get the day off to a good start. Each time they welcomed us with their charming manner. This Villa assigns dedicated host to each traveller, my host was Ermie. She is very polite and makes sure your stay becomes comfortable and enjoyable. She is reachable through WhatsApp call/message and she is very quick in response. on Each morning I was getting message for daily activities organized by the Villa.

The hotel was in a great location. The staff were friendly and helpful. Dave took great care of us throughout our stay. Our room was cleaned twice a day. Swimming with sharks was an amazing experience. I’m planing to go again as soon as possible.
