Pillows smelt dank the day we arrived. Room overpriced for the quality. Stay well clear of Cafe Cupa where you will pay 27 Barbados dollar for a bag of chips!! Would I stay here again no way, mediocre is a compliment. Read less

If you plan on staying at this property be aware that if you have kids that are older than 8 years or so, life will be miserable. There’s absolutely nothing for them to do and it’s a shame given the size of this place. Also rooms need a major overhaul. I’ve attached some photos and we needed to change rooms at one point because of mold and no TV service, which in fairness the front desk did an amazing job in accommodating. Overall they really need to upgrade this location because it has absolutely so much potential. Read less

The room had an incredible ocean view and was clean and comfortable. The shower was great pressure and water quality. The beach always had loungers available and has two swimming areas. You can watch surfers from the beach as well. The food at the Lighthouse and Waters edge bar was delicious and the rum punch at happy hour was such a treat!! We didn't realize Barbados has a mandatory room levy set by the government so that bill was a surprise but would have been the same everywhere. We would love to come back to Hilton Barbados one day!! The hotel itself couldn’t fault it. Plenty of sun loungers around the pool and on the hotels beach. We included breakfast on our room which was buffet but a good choice. Also had food in the evening at the Italian restaurant and ordered at the pool bar again food was great. Also a brilliant coffee shop in reception with one of the nicest members of staff you will ever meet called Dawn . Massive thanks to Jacques and his team and all his help with resolving an issue for me. Excellent customer service all in all Definitely recommend and will be coming back for another stay in the future Read less

Had tacos and a maitai at the pool bar and breakfast buffet the next morning. Food was edible, did not get sick but fish was very overcooked and buffet was typical Hilton quality. food was a C+. Service was adequate but nothing special. I had an ocean view king standard room. Total stay was $1161 Barbados. Will see what it is in US when it hits the credit card but probably half that in US dollars. Will choose a smaller, more expensive option next visit. Read less
