I had considered a few other high-end options in South Beach, but I ultimately chose The Betsy after following their Instagram feed and falling in love with the boutique style and unique design. From the moment I arrived, Fritz welcomed me with such warmth—his level of service is truly unmatched. Each evening, Pam greeted us with a smile, cocktails, and thoughtful snacks, always attentive and kind. Joanny was also wonderful, offering helpful insights on the menu and making every interaction feel friendly and genuine.
I don’t usually extend my stays, but if The Betsy hadn’t been fully booked for Easter weekend, I absolutely would have. I’m incredibly grateful for my experience—the cleanliness, the curated art, the exceptional service, and the constant smiles all made it unforgettable. Huge thanks to the entire team for creating such a special, one-of-a-kind space.

This is the second time we’ve stayed at The Betsy and we loved every minute of it ! The staff are amazing… especially Carmen at the Bar!!! Nothing was too much bother for them! Great rooms, great food and amazing cocktail’s…. What’s more to love in Miami?! We can’t wait to come back next year!

After some confusion of our seating outside, our server Britney more than made up for it and was so gracious and friendly! Ordered two drinks and the tomato flatbread, which was so fresh and delicious. We’ll definitely be back to the Betsy!!

Delicious meal in nice setting. The highlight was the wonderful, attentive service by Joanny. Had Fish tacos, watermelon salad, and the very delicious yorkshire pudding breads to start. Really was made special by the caring service. Fantastic!

Everything in here is absolutely beautiful and friendly. The food at the Betsy is also great and very tasty. The concierge knows the best restaurants, locations or boot rentals ever. We enjoyed a week at the Betsy very much. Most beautiful is the roof terrace
