Overall, we had an amazing time, the rooms were comfy, tv was big, worked great, the hotel was so clean, nice new sheets, nice bathroom, underground parking was fantastic, staff and location were outstanding, but the colour coded elevator system that only go to certain parts of the hotel nearly made me sleep in my car!

Love this hotel!!! For a hotel in downtown Toronto the price of the rooms was great. The rooms and hotel has been well maintained over the years. The showers had very nice pressure and had shower heads with different options for massage or regular use. I was on vacation with my brother and his family so we had adjoining rooms and really liked that there was 2 doors that had to be unlocked in order to utilize the rooms this way. If I would have been staying alone and not needed the adjoining part it is good to know it would not have been possible for someone to get through those doors.
The hotel has everything you could possibly need to have a fun filled getaway. There is lost of food options with the market garden and the full service restaurant. The family zone was helpful in playing out the kids with the pool that had a very cool slide and the arcade for extra entertainment. I also loved the adult zone on the 27th floor it had amazing views with the quieter area to swim, lounge in the hot tub, or do other work outs.
This hotel is in a very convenient location and had doors exiting onto 3 of the streets around it that are well marked with the name of the street you are exiting onto. It is a quick walk to many fun things to do around you, but is still in a quiet enough area that you are not disturbed when you are sleeping.

2025 Trip to Toronto

Check-in was typical, I can see that since we last stayed here, they have improved the rooms, well updated them. The chair had Cheetos in it, and fingerprints on the sliding glass door. The water pressure was only a trickle when you turned on the shower part, good in the tub but not for the shower.
I understand it was a full house and I can…

I understand it was a full house and I can appreciate that but customer services at this hotel use to be amazing and never would you find a dirty room like the one we stayed in .
