The Atrium is beautiful and employees are friendly and helpful. Rooms are deluxe with cleaning everyday. I will say that we paid for the service, but felt so relaxed and welcomed upon returning after every excursion. Uber was used for one cross town trip, otherwise we walked everywhere.
Had breakfast several mornings in the Atrium and was excellent.
If you want to pamper yourself and be centrally located to everything, consider this hotel for your next trip to Nashville. I am glad we did.

The persons at the front desk were polite, professional, and prompt. With just enough of that southern charm. The location is incredible a block and a half to the convention center and Broadway was just around the corner.When I return with my wife this is where I’m trying to book.

We had dinner at the Italian restaurant- Trattoria Molina - definitely the best meal of our trip. Brunch at the lobby restaurant was a perfect way to start the day. Susie made the best omelettes, light and healthy served up with her friendly smile.
