The hotel

Rubbing shoulders with America’s biggest country music attractions, Hilton Nashville Downtown guarantees you’ll make the most of every moment you’re in town. With Walk of Fame Park as your front garden, leading you straight to the Country Music Hall of Fame, it’s also just a block from Ryman Auditorium and near Nashville’s famous honky tonk bars. You can kick off your day with breakfast at the hotel’s MarketStreet, before hitting the gym or taking in Nashville’s sights – or more importantly its sounds. And, whether you’re back for lunch, dinner, or just evening cocktails, you’ve got the striking atrium’s Symphony Café, The Palm Steakhouse, and the authentic Abruzzi tastes of its Italian restaurant, Il Mulino Trattoria, to pick from. Although, as this is an all-suite hotel, you may be tempted to just order room service instead.

I have to give credit to Melody at the front desk. She went above and beyond to make our stay incredible. She treated us to some unexpected extra perks and sent us champagne with a handwritten birthday note to my mom. You don’t come across that kind of customer service often so when presented with it, it really means a lot and creates an everlasting impression. She’s a true gem and you’re very fortunate to have her as one of the first faces that a guest will see. We can’t wait to return and will hopefully see Melody again! Thanks again! Read less

Stayed here for first time visit to Nashville. The location was perfect with easy walking access to bars, museums, and restaurants. The hotel is very very nice. The Atrium is beautiful and employees are friendly and helpful. Rooms are deluxe with cleaning everyday. I will say that we paid for the service, but felt so relaxed and welcomed upon returning after every excursion. Uber was used for one cross town trip, otherwise we walked everywhere. Had breakfast several mornings in the Atrium and was excellent. If you want to pamper yourself and be centrally located to everything, consider this hotel for your next trip to Nashville. I am glad we did. Read less

The persons at the front desk were polite, professional, and prompt. With just enough of that southern charm. The location is incredible a block and a half to the convention center and Broadway was just around the corner. When I return with my wife this is where I’m trying to book.

Susie made the best omelettes, light and healthy served up with her friendly smile. We will definitely stay here again. Read less
