The first area ‘The Dressing Room’ features a full vanity, make up desk with mirror, extra large shower, and a closet for two. On the other side of the sliding door is ‘The Lounge’ featuring the bed, mini-bar*, and HDTV. All chambers feature floor-to-ceiling windows, air-conditioning, yoga mat, custom sensor lighting, ample outlets for smartphones, laptops and other electronic devices, and bathroom amenities.

Chamber Double 2 Beds sleeping maximum 4 adults.

My son and husband did their first "boy's getaway" in NYC, and had a terrific stay and experience at Virgin New York!! I wrote the hotel to request a "special treat" to be waiting for them in their room upon arrival, and the service I received exceeded my expectations in every way. My email was responded to within hours, and despite the fact I hadn't requested a sweet treat for the room within their standard 48-hour request time...they made it happen. Fresh cookies and drinks were waiting when my husband and son checked in, with the most amazing, personalized card, wishing them a wonderful weekend and a terrific time at the Yankee's game they were in town for. Interactions with the staff were wholly positive, and the breakfast was well done too! We would definitely choose this hotel again for family travel, and would love to come back in the summer to use the rooftop pool! :) Thank you to Denzel, Diana and Carla for making this first boy's trip for our family truly special!

Negatives: On our first morning we requested a service of our room by using the switch in the room and left housekeeping a tip. We returned to our room to find that the tip had been taken/stolen yet nothing else in the room had been touched. No bed made, no clean towels so somebody had entered the room, taken(stolen) the money and left. This left a really sour note for us especially as it happened on our first wedding anniversary. We told reception and got $50 credit but still unimpressed and no staff checked in with us at any point for rest of our stay. Left us concerned about security of room and requesting another service.
During out stay robes were never replenished so we could only be used once.
No umbrellas in rooms even though I had seen this on numerous social media pages….
As part of the booking process I signed up and completed my know profile and gave information about this trip being our honeymoon and us celebrating our first wedding anniversary on our first full day- disappointing that no extra touches were put on for this - doesn’t give much worth to the know profile - no benefits at all to be honest…
Finally on check out to be told I owed money for destination fee over $200 nowhere in booking process was this mentioned - again a bit of a sour aftertaste from our honeymoon especially as I’m not sure what we received for that extra money when we had already paid over $2000 for our stay. All in all slightly disappointed as we had to save over 12 months to stay here and I’m not sure I would return which feels sad to say after what should have been a trip of a lifetime

I had been in contact with the staff at the hotel, to add a few little touches to their room as a birthday surprise. They staff went above and beyond, way more than I was ever expecting! They had a beautiful bottle of bubbly, chocolates, and birthday stickers around the room!!! Carla, was so helpful, they even helped surprise them with their Broadway tickets.
There was a slight maintenance issue with their water, upon check in they was sorted within less than an hour! The front of house team couldn't do anymore to help them, safe to say we were all extremely grateful.

I was highly satisfied with brunch last week at the virgin hotel. The service and ambiance was exceptional and the staff extremely professional.
Jordon Palmer is an amazing host and the hospitality is unmatched!
