Amazing family vacation at Atlantis the Palm. This is our 3rd year in a row coming back, and it feels like our experience only gets better. The staff at the Imperial Club is outstanding, and are willing to go above and beyond to make sure our stay is memorable.

Our lovely room was kindly upgraded by the reception staff on the occasion of my daughter’s birthday. They were very kind and also arranged a cake to be delivered to the room. It was very much appreciated. Our room was beautifully looked after by Anup Pulami. They regularly made animals for the kids from their bath towels! The kids loved it.

Absolutely amazing holiday to celebrate my husband’s 50th Birthday. The service was amazing and what they did for my husband’s birthday made it really special. Definitely make the most of the water park and my son love snorkelling in the aquarium! Amazing experience. I want to come back!!!

We visited Atlantis the Palm in March 2025 for 7 nights with our three year old son on a half board basis. We arrived on an overnight flight from the UK and unfortunately our booked room Ocean view King was not immediately available (not in itself an issue given the advertised 3pm check-in) and the timescale was not clear but after asking twice we were kindly offered an Ocean View Queen which was ready. Bed guards were requested in advance and fitted for our son. All the staff were excellent with our Son and the hotel was very clean and well maintained. The rooms are in good condition and well sized but lacking a proper balcony, and in even King rooms with balconies seem to mostly not have any furniture on them. Our room was in the East Tower, which is a shorter walk to the waterpark and away from the noise of the heliport. Although we visited in Ramadan, there was no discernible change from planned food and beverage provisions (unlike our stay at the Westin last year). We booked our restaurants reservations in advance by email, there are specific half board menus at the included restaurant and the concierge team were able to provide clear guidance of included venues and menus in advance. We ate breakfast at both the Saffron and Kaleidoscope buffets; the provision is very similar at both - Saffron has a more spaced out severing area and appears more upmarket whereas Kaleidoscope was a bit less noisy and some tables have views of the aquarium. One criticism of the buffets would be a lack of visible toddler friendly food - plain pasta is available for example but you have to ask the serving staff at the table but no-one informs you of this. We visited the Waterpark every day of our stay. The provision for toddlers is excellent with three distinct toddler friendly areas. Towels and water-socks (which can be worn on the slides but protect your feet whilst moving between attractions) are available free for hotel guides from any of the guest services kiosks. The number of lifeguards was very reassuring, especially on the river rapids (be aware that the lazy river flows into areas of very intense rapids at various points). The two pools in the hotel are very large and a pleasant temperature and children were welcome at both and during our stay we never found them crowded and ample cushioned sunbeds were available. As we were on half-board we ordered lunch to our sunbeds (via a QR code) at the pool or beach around the hotel or from the kiosks in the waterpark. We had one day with no water in a large part of the hotel which was not handled well by the hotel management with poor communication and rather unemphatic front desk staff. An apology letter and some chelates were delivered the following day but it later transpires that some families were given a complimentary lunch that day which was not offered to us. Overall we would definitely return, especially for the ease of access to the waterpark and the other bonus features available here such as the aquarium and various marine experiences compared to other hotels in Dubai. The hotel is very large and busy so lacks the personal touch at some of the smaller resorts Read less

The hotel is excellent—right from the facilities to the staff, everything was top-notch. Everyone we interacted with went out of their way to ensure we were comfortable. Special thanks to the housekeeping team and the supervisor who helped us out when I experienced body pain on the first night due to the soft mattress. They quickly resolved the issue by flipping the mattress, and I slept well after that. A helpful tip for fellow travelers from India: Indian food is readily available at the resort, and a good number of the staff are from India too, which made communication very easy. We also had access to the Club Lounge thanks to our room category, which was a great perk—highly recommend it. Overall, a memorable stay and would love to come back again! Read less
