This was our fourth time staying at Delta Hotels Orlando Celebration and once again it was a wonderful experience. The location is unbeatable—just minutes from Disney—and we love that it’s dog-friendly, so our pup can join the fun too. The property is always clean and well-maintained, and the staff is friendly and helpful. We really enjoyed the pool and the morning market for quick breakfasts. We originally booked for four nights but ended up extending our stay because we were having such a great time. Can’t wait for our next visit! Read less

A great hotel ignore the bad reviews

** Virgin holidays customer ** This hotel gets really unfair reviews. Checking in was quick and easy, I did have to put down a a security deposit for each room but was refunded at the end of the trip. The rooms were spacious and tidy, one minor defect with the bathroom was a cracked tile on the floor but no mould or damp as reported. The beds were really comfortable and the tv and fridge were good. The bathrooms are a little tired and need some work but the shower was lovely. The pool area and lobby were welcoming and spacious and the outdoor seating areas were great for evenings. (What ever the fragrance is in the lobby A/C is bloody lovely) In terms of location you’re a stone throw from Disney world and there was very little in the way of traffic. A Lyft for 4 people was costing as little as $9. The area was nice and we were a 5 minute walk away from a Walgreens which was 24 hours and well stocked, food outlets near by and a Nike factory outlet around the corner. I’d definitely stay here again. Read less

Terrible service and runaround from staff on bill

The hotel lacks customer service. I tried to use my Marriott gift card and was given the run around by two managers. It’s been a week and my credit card has not been refunded. I also complained to Marriott corporate but no help there. I have sent numerous emails and spoken to the front desk staff. They have stopped responding to emails requesting a final bill copy. When you call to ask for a manager there standard line is that the manager is in a meeting. They offered some bonus points but still no refund yet. Beware of this property as they treat their guests terribly. The pool was always crowded and the pool bar smelled of stale alcohol. The hot tubs had foam coming out and were not cleaned. They have a far tower they will put you in with no luggage service. I was dragging in two big bags. I would not stay here again Read less

This was our second time visiting this property. The first time was two years ago, and both times were fantastic. The staff, specifically front desk, are always very welcoming and accommodating. Food / beverage / bar options are available until late into the night and the menu is great, as well as reasonably priced. The rooms are standard, nothing fancy, but they’re very clean and comfortable and have all you need. There are 3 resident cats on the property that have been there for years - Kimber (the only girl, Siamese), Smoky (grey and white boy), and Bandit (black boy). They don’t like to be touched or held, but if you bring food and water to the fence by the pool bar after closing time, they’re always out and waiting for a snack once it’s quiet. To be honest, they were the determining factor as to why we returned to this property. We had hoped they were still there and we’d get to feed them again :) The only downside to both stays here were the additional fees. There is a daily parking fee and a daily resort fee that are due to be paid upon checkin. Because of these fees, the price of our stay was significantly higher than anticipated. However, we would, and will, most definitely stay again. Read less

Amazing stay

It is a amazing hotel. We had a wonderful time. We absolutely loved it here so much so we are going back in May. All the staff were truly wonderful and couldn’t do enough to help in any way they could. I was so surprised at how lovely this hotel is. We can’t wait to go back.
