We had a clean big apartment style condo with two bedrooms and two bathrooms , washing /dryer and a kitchen /livingroom and a lovely balcony towards the pool area . Everything was clean and we had toiletries and maid service every day in the price . The water and soft drinks topped up every day :) . Everything is in close distance to Disney and if you rent a car you park for free at the hotel . Food shop and outlet stores in walking distance and Pizza Hut - our kids favourite! The pool was lovely and free towels to borrow . The only thing we can put our finger on was the maintenance regarding fixing the safe for us as it was broken when we arrived . They never arrived to fix it during our stay . But all in all we had a lovely time and will be back !

We had a great time. Every time we come to Orlando we stay at this resort. Its clean and the kids love the pool. Its really close to Disney World. Which we love. It also has McDonald's very close by and gas station. We don't even have to leave our hotel and the kids get hungry we just order a pizza from pizza hut. That is on side.

What a great suite! We had 3 adults and 1 toddler and it was large enough for her to play and move about! We were Close to Disney parks, outlets, and restaurants!! Comfy beds! Very comfortable space! And the balcony is a huge bonus! Great staff! Will definitely stay here again!

This is an excellent value for the money and convenient to Disney (10 minutes). The unit was clean although somewhat dated. The front desk staff was friendly and helpful, although the maintenance staff was not responsive to 2 phone calls to repair a toilet (they never did come). Sheets, towels, dishes etc. were all clean.

So basically this super sweet girl at the front desk, so pretty btw, was super nice and helpful to me and my friends and helped to make our trip memorable. Her name was Elaine. Miss you girl! You're the best! Ya'll gotta ask for her because she is the bomb.
