A home-from-home, our range of Orlando Select Villas have everything you’ll need for a true Floridian vacation. Your home will be allocated within one of a number of communites that are all within 15 miles of Walt Disney World - so you'll be on those rides in a flash. And you'll also be within easy driving access of local restaurants, shops and entertainment. However, with a full kitchen, dining and living areas, and a private screened pool, you won’t need to leave the comforts of the home if you don’t want to!

Where is it

Your Orlando Select Villa will be allocated close to travel within one the following communities – Championsgate, Solterra, Solara, Windsor Island, Windsor at Westside or Storey Lake, all of which are within 15 miles of Walt Disney World Resort, as well as being within an easy drive from shops, supermarkets and places to eat.

A range of fully-furnished villas and townhouses all featuring air-conditioning, TV, en-suite facilities, dining room, living room, safe and either 4 upto 9 bedrooms. The kitchen is fully equipped with a dishwasher, fridge/freezer, microwave, oven, waste disposal unit and all crockery and cutlery.

4-Bedroom Townhouses have a master bedroom with a king-size or queen-size bed and en-suite bathroom. There are 3 further bedrooms, plus at least 3 additional bathrooms. These villas sleep maximum 8 people.

Please note: Townhouses options feature a small splash pool, whereas houses feature a private screened pool with terrace furniture. Townhouses are not fully detached properties and are smaller in size.

Dining

For your convenience, we have chosen selected villas within an easy drive from supermarkets and places to eat. You'll find Publix, Target and Walmart supermarkets nearby. Also in the area you can eat at more than 30 restaurants, including Applebee's, a casual diner; Cracker Barrel, serving Southern-style fare; burger joints such as Wendy's, Burger King and several Italian and Chinese restaurants.

Fun and Games

Each community will have it's own resort clubhouse with selected facilities, generally including a communal pool, fitness centre, recreational activities and picnic areas.

Please note: Swimming pools can be heated during the winter months for an additional charge, which can be pre-booked and paid prior to departure from the UK. Most pool heaters run 8-10 hours per day and will maintain a water temperature of approximately 10 degrees above the outside air temperature. Pool heat may take up to 48 hours to heat up to a higher temperature.
