Marquis Oceanfront Butler Suites are located in the East Wing, and are spacious rooms with living space.

Regent Oceanfront Butler Suites are located in the West Wing in an oceanfront setting. Each room has a marble bath tub and a living space.

Viceroy Honeymoon Oceanfront Butler Suites are located in the East Wing and are open-partition rooms separating the living space and bedroom, and feature a marble bath tub.

Monarch Oceanfront Butler Suites are located in the West Wing and feature a dining space and marble-laden bathroom.

Royal Monarch Oceanfront Butler Suites are located in the West Wing, and are larger open-partition plan rooms, separating the living space and the bedroom. Each room has a marble bath tub.

Grand Duke Oceanfront Butler Suites are larger suites and are located in the East Wing. These rooms are open-partition plan rooms, featuring bathroom with Roman soaking tub and separate walk-in shower.

Grand Duchess Oceanfront Verandah Butler Suites are located in the West Wing and feature a large, spectacular verandah overlooking the ocean. The bathroom features Roman soaking tub and separate walk-in shower.

Royal Oceanfront One Bedroom Butler Suites overlook the resort's East Beach. These suites feature a luxurious marble bathroom with large Roman tub and separate walk-in shower.

Imperial Oceanfront One Bedroom Butler Suites are located atop the resort's beachfront West Wing. These suites feature two walkout balconies, a separate living area, and bathroom with walk-in shower and Roman soaking tub.

Governor General Oceanfront One-Bedroom Butler Suites are located on the top floor of the beachfront West Wing. These suites feature a spacious living and dining area, separate from the grand master bedroom, bathroom with a walk-in shower and Roman soaking tub, and two balconies.

Villa Plantana is a unique expansive villa comprising of 1-, 2- or 3-bedrooms complete with its own swimming pool. Set above the resort's quiet East Beach, the villa boasts it's own separate driveway and stone walkway, expansive living and dining areas, bedrooms with their own patios, and a private pool exclusive to the villa guests.

Every facet of our stay was a delight from beginning to end. The hotel has beautiful views and easy access to a glorious beach. Our room was comfortable and stylishly furnished, with plenty of room to put away clothes and to relax. The food in the various restaurants was delicious and plentiful, plus there was the opportunity to try different styles of food in the restaurants on the sister site of Sandals Ochi, accessible via a shuttle bus. The entertainment on some nights was exceptional. But above all it was the staff that made our stay what it was. They were beyond helpful, always ready with a friendly greeting or to chat. After our first introduction, the general manager, Omar, always greeted us by name and asked how we were doing. Our rooms were always impeccably cleaned during the day and the beds turned down at night (thank you Marysa and Monique). The restaurant and bar staff were always ready with a smile to show us to our table or to serve us with a drink (thanks in particular to Trevarno and Tressell). Drinks would sometimes even arrive unbidden, just as a thirst was arising! But it was above all to our butlers, Safiya and Orayne, that we were most grateful. They were always there for us from start to finish, whether it was booking restaurants for us and even escorting us to our seats, or bringing afternoon snacks, or keeping the fridge stocked, or turning up just at the right time with a pizza or some other tasty snack. But they both went the extra mile to help us when my wife’s phone got water inside, with Safiya helping to get some rice to dry it out and Orayne finding a wireless charger for us when the charging port was blocked. Together you helped make our stay one of the holidays of a lifetime. Read less

On our return we were greeted by Mr Marvin Boyd & Mr Lancelot Wilson who had made our holiday 2 years previously, so memorable. It truly felt that we were coming home. The new General Manage Mr Omar Robinson was a delight and ensured that we had the best time and was always on hand to help with any queries - a true gentleman. We had so many delightful staff looking after us, Leshauna, Vanya, Giovanni, Wilson, Stephnie, Courtney, Nicola, Tianna, Teneika, Tisell, and Jamey – to name just a few. Not forgetting our wonderful maid Monique who was exemplary, chauffeur William Brooks who drove us the airport in style & comfort, Trecia at the Red Lane Spa and Miss Lorna in the shop. Lots of space. Very comfy bed. Perfectly stocked bar. It checks all the boxes!! Room service- Great menu (try the breakfast burrito-amazing) Always on time. Butlers- Anthony and Robert- All I can say is I think we scored a home run. Although I am sure all of the butlers are great we are partial to our favorite guys!!! They know exactly what we want even before we know what we want! We are pretty low key but the few requests we had we addressed immediately. They feel like family and make sure we want for absolutely nothing!!!! Omar the General Manager- Amazing!!! Knows everyone by name (How he remembers I have no idea-but he does) Great sense of humor. Always smiling. Always available to address any concerns or issues. However, we never had one issue. He makes sure everything is perfection. Wobbly Peacock- The drinks are great. The bartenders even better. Javain Garnett and Junior always make sure your glass is full and that there is a smile on your face. Beach butlers- Seriously Trevardo and Daniello work so hard. They are quick with a joke and quick with the service. In spite of the fact they walk back and forth from the beach to the bar in the heat they are always smiling and happy. Food- Amazing. Every restaurant, every entree was fantastic. The servers are so pleasant and knowledgeable. The tea time was especially fun. There are plenty of choices for everyone and all of the selections were delicious. Cleanliness- Our housekeeper (I forgot her name sadly) but she attends to room 304 and 303. She goes above and beyond. Our room is kept spotless. And restocks everything as needed. She is wonderful and I wish I could take her home. All in all there is no other place like this one. My husband and I have a goal to take two vacations a year. We looked at trying out another sandals property (I won't mention the name) but as we do constant comparisons we cannot find one that compares to RP. So it looks like we will be spending time at our home away from home at least twice a year. (I wish I could just stay forever). Read less

We went to Ochi 2x for dinner on our 5 night stay. Our butler, Tamara, treated us like we were her only guests. We received constant attention from staff. The property manager, Omar, must have written the text book on hospitality. Omar called us and other guest by name which I was quite impressed with. I think our room was cleaned minimum twice daily, sometimes 3 times a day. We have stayed at 6 other sandals and they were all great but this one is certainly very special. The food was amazing. I literally have no complaints. We will be coming back for sure. Read less
