Got a burning question?

We’ve rounded up the most common questions about earning points with Virgin Atlantic Holidays, so you can get all the answers you need – and fast.

Earning Tier Points

Tier Points are how you level up your Flying Club status, starting with Red and finishing up with Gold. The higher you climb, the more perks you get when you fly - from priority check in and boarding to extra bags and lounge access. More on tier benefits here

Earn double Tier Points if you’re booking for three nights or more with a Virgin Atlantic flight. This could be a flight + hotel or flight + car. And if you’re the lead booker, you'll also earn 200 bonus Tier Points when you spend £4,000 or more by 30th September 2025 as an extra thanks for choosing us.

If your holiday is less than three nights and you are travelling on Virgin Atlantic flights, or if you’re flying with a partner airline, you’ll earn standard Tier Points.

All Flying Club members on your booking will earn double Tier Points on holidays of three nights or more with a Virgin Atlantic flight.
