Family friendly movies
There's something for every film fan to enjoy on your flight.
This page tells you about the films suitable for children that we're showing on our flights this month.
Alternatively, check out this month's family-friendly TV shows.
The hours will fly by with our selection of family friendly movies available to watch onboard this month.
Some of the movies listed here might not be suitable for our youngest travellers, so we've included a parental block as part of our inflight entertainment system. For help with setting this up, just speak to a member of the cabin crew onboard.
Ant-Man and The Wasp
The latest Marvel outing is the second instalment in the Ant-Man series and follows Scott Lang aka Ant-Man (Paul Rudd) as he struggles with the dual roles of being a superhero and a father. At the same time he’s hurled into a new mission that pits him and The Wasp (Evangeline Lily) against a new high tech foe.
Bumblebee
This fun Transformers spin-off – actually, a prequel set in 1987 – has been hailed as the best in the franchise. It finds everybody’s favourite yellow VW hooking up with troubled teen Charlie to evade capture by the sinister government organization, Sector 7.
Christopher Robin
Christopher Robin (Ewan McGregor) has grown up and got a job. But when Pooh turns up he must embark on an adventure to find Tigger and co., as well as rediscovering his lost childhood. What follows is a proper delight.
Fantastic Beasts: The Crimes of Grindelwald
More fantasy from the world of Harry Potter, as we join ‘magizoologist’ Newt Scamander (Eddie Redmayne) in his bid to thwart Grindelwald's plans of raising pure-blood wizards to rule over all non-magical beings.
Freaky Friday (2018)
The umpteenth remake of body-swap comedy Freaky Friday becomes a musical in this latest iteration, and though the prize for best version still belongs to the 1976 Jodie Foster original, there’s plenty of fun to be had here – not to mention a decent tune or two.

Mary Poppins Returns
She’s back! Only this time she’s looking after the children of the kids she cared for in the original and she’s played by Emily Blunt. Otherwise, this has all the fun, magic and great songs you’d expect and is a more-than-worthy successor to a Disney classic.

The Nutcracker and the Four Realms
Disney’s luscious retelling of The Nutcracker and the Mouse King (or just The Nutcracker if you’re a ballet fan) boasts a great cast to go with its sublime visuals, as a girl (Mackenzie Foy) travels to magical world populated by mice and gingerbread men.

Ralph Breaks the Internet
The last person said to have ‘broken’ the internet was Kim Kardashian. Something to do with her bottom. Now it’s the turn of the marginally less cartoonish Wreck-It Ralph, who must leave the safety of the arcade for adventures in the online world.
Sgt. Stubby: An Unlikely Hero
Superb animation and brilliant voice work in this animated – and true – story of a dog that joins his master on the battlefields of WWI. For his bravery and loyalty under fire, Sgt Stubby is still the most decorated dog in American military history.
Smallfoot
Delightful animated comedy starring Channing Tatum as Migo, a yeti who believes the ancient and mythical race of ‘humans’ really does exist. Off he goes in search of this tribe – little knowing the effect he will have when he meets and befriends a ‘smallfoot’ (James Corden).
Spider-Man: Into the Spider-Verse
Spider-Men from various alternate realities join forces to stop a dimension-straddling über-threat in this animated feature. Oh, but never mind the plot, it’s the cutting-edge animation you have to see here, and it’s truly amazing. Mind: blown.
